| Switching power supply power source for the normal work of various electronic devices,it is the most important part of the electronic equipment.Therefore,the switching power supply with good performance is particularly important for electronic equipment.The switching power supply of digital control mode is significantly improved compared with the switching mode power supply,and the power supply is significantly improved in the activity,accuracy and stability of the power supply.In this thesis,the can to closed-circuit monitoring engineering,instrument and meter,communication devices,a single chip microcomputer,automatic control,electronic equipment and other a variety of power supply equipment of digital switching power supply based on DSP control of research and design.First,the thesis studies and studies the technology of switching power supply.This thesis studies the basic structure of the switching power supply,including the basic component of the power switch and the common topology,for the switch power supply topology structure design to pave the way.The thesis also study and research the switching power supply commonly used control strategy and digital control method for the switch digital power foreshadowed controlling strategy research and digital control system design.Then,according to the research object and the design object,the main circuit topology of the switching power supply and the control system based on DSP are designed.Topology of the main circuit of the switching power supply includes a PFC circuit and a DC/DC converter topology.In this thesis,the circuit parameters were calculated and according to the parameters calculated respectively,the hardware circuit design.The digital control system of the switching power supply is the control system and its peripheral circuit which is the core of DSP chip.Then the research and design of the digital switching power supply control strategy,including PFC circuit control strategy and DC/DC converter control strategy research,and use the software Plecs separately carries on the simulation analysis.The digital control strategy of the thesis is based on the guarantee of the control performance,and can reduce the operation speed of the digital control chip.The thesis also carries on the software programming and design to the digital control strategy,and prepares for the experiment link of the thesis.At last,the experimental prototype is made according to the research results and the experimental research and analysis of the prototype of the switching power supply are carried out.The experimental results show that the switching power supply can run stably and reliably. |
