Automotive electronics are widely used in the automotive field.It improves the comfort and safety of car driving.With the increase of automotive electronic products,inspection and repair of automotive electronic products far exceeds the maintenance time of the mechanical parts in terms of vehicle maintenance and repair.In order to reduce the maintenance time of automotive electronic products,various automotive manufacturers have also launched different automotive electronic product inspection platforms.However,this type of product is bulky and cannot be used in the face of wild car rescue scenes.Therefore,this project has designed a portable automotive electronic inspection platform based on wireless data transmission and battery-powered solutions.The platform takes the S3C2416 processor as the core and the MCP2515 as the CAN controller.The 4G communication method is used to achieve wireless data communication in the outdoor environment.Based on the research of domestic and foreign automotive electronic inspection platforms,this paper analyzes the key technologies of the automotive electronic product inspection platform design based on CAN bus.It discusses the CAN bus technology and communication characteristics,and analyzes the embedded technology and wireless communication technology used in the design and use of the platform.Second,it analyzes the overall architecture design of the platform.According to the needs of the project,it is determined that a car electronics inspection platform with strong versatility,portability and ease of use should be designed.Its basic functions include automatic fault detection,product data statistics and information reporting,fault information printing,remote data transmission,and battery power supply.The overall block diagram of the platform is drawn.The paper focuses on the hardware circuit design of the platform.Through the comparison and selection of different types of processors,it is determined that the ARM type processor is selected as the core processor of the design.For different ARM processors,Samsung's S3C2416 processor was selected as the core processor of the inspection platform.It discusses in detail the circuit diagram design of the core unit based on this processor,CAN key circuit design,4G communication interface circuit design,wifi module communication interface circuit design,GPS module circuit design and power supply circuit design.It analyzes the comparison and selection of different modules,performance parameters,and designs detailed circuit schematics.Finally,the thesis analyzes the software design and test based on the CAN bus automotive electronics inspection platform.After completing the overall structure design of the platform software,it analyzes the block diagram of the inspection platform and the software startup process in detail.It designed a CAN bus communication program flow chart.It analyzes the basic functional test of the hardware circuit,completes the testing of the CAN bus communication interface and the testing of the Ethernet communication interface.Through tests,we can see that the interface function is implemented and the performance use meets the requirements.
