Flight-control integrated processor is used for the large flight test.In the test,theprocessor is mainly used to collect and store various parameters during flight of the aircraft.Atthe same time,it is realized human-computer interaction by1553B communication busfunction. It monitors and records related data.After the test,the test data is read back to theground computer in order to provide the situation of the flying process.This paper introduces the research status and development trend of domestic andinternational of flight-control Comprehensive processor and1553B bus technology. Based onthe actual flight test requirements, this paper puts forward the design scheme of flight controlComprehensive processor, and provides a brief description of the key technical indexes andthe component modules of the processor.According to the the technical difficulty and key-1553B bus communication function,this paper elaborates respectively from the design of hardware circuit and the logic of FPGA.From the hardware circuit design aspect,1553B bus communication circuit, RS-422interface circuit,5V pulse receiving and transmitting circuit and FLASH memory circuit aredesigned. From the FPGA logic design aspect, this paper designs the functions of the1553Bbus interface of the remote terminal (RT) and bus monitor (BM), realizes the functions ofthe remote terminal (RT) flight control-task data-upload, and real-time exchanging bulkdata with the bus controller (BC), and selective data monitoring of the bus monitor (BM).In addition, it also implements the functions of receiving and forwarding the RS-422interfacedata and5V pulse.According to the functions which is mentioned in this paper,ground test platform isbuilded.Lots of test and the results verify the feasibility and reliability of the design.
