The power transformer is the core unit of the production,operation and maintenance of the power system.The real-time status of the transformer is directly related to that whether the whole system is running well.In order to carry out safe,reliable and real-time detection of transformers,and provide a favorable basis for maintenance,this paper designs an online detection platform for transformer status.The platform is easy to be installed and used.It can be flexibly applied to various types of transformers.Depending on acquiring real-time and remote online parameters of transformer status,the transformer status can be detected.The effective connection between the site and system is completed,and the data is timely and reliable,while it is necessary to contribute to the stable operation of the power system.At first,this paper discusses the background and the status at home and abroad of the research,and plans the overall requirements of the design.The structure of oil-immersed power transformer,common faults,generating process,the improved three-ratio method of characteristic gas.The principle of online monitoring and the method of online data acquisition of oil chromatography are discussed.The relationship between online monitoring and detection of transformer status is introduced.The overall structure of the detection system is studied.The system is mainly composed of the data acquisition unit,the transmission unit and the application management system of upper layer unit of status detection.Through the data acquisition unit,the basic data of the transformer status is obtained online in real time.and the data is passed through the node.After the communication unit,it is uploaded to the upper unit,and the detection of transformer status is analyzed and all data is stored.It is clear that how to choose the acquisition unit modules and three feasible communication transmission modes are determined.Design the components of the hardware of this platform and use the dual processor architecture,which means that the unit for collecting and transmitting and processing data uses two kinds of processors(STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer,TMS320F28335 DSP processor);the wireless transmission module is selected,and peripheral extension content is designed,such as accessing RS-485 communication chip,connecting to LCD,JTAG interface program,clock settings,serial port debugging,SDRAM module,data storage and other circuit design to enrich the application function.In this paper,the transformer status online detection platform is debugged.After the conduction test of the component,the function of each functional unit is tested.The deployment test is carried out in the actual substation,and the online detection and offline analysis are also carried out.After comparing the test results with the results of conventional offline chromatographic analysis,the data is no different;an example of the multi-point grounding state of the iron core detected by the platform during the test is listed.
