| As we enter the 21 st century, the demand for electricity from the people has changed from adequate to high quality.Especially after the 19 th National Congress,in order to meet the "people’s growing needs for a better life",grid companies have raised the requirements for power system stability and power quality to a higher level. While the power industry is developing in the direction of automation,ultra-high voltage, large power grid, large capacity, etc.,it is even more important to improve the operational reliability of various equipment within the power grid.Power transformers play a very important role in power systems and are important and expensive equipment in all transmission, distribution and distribution equipment, but at the same time power transformers are also one of the equipment with high failure rate among all power equipment.Whether the operating state is safe or not is directly related to the safety and stability of the entire transmission, distribution, and substation systems. It is also related to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people. This paper briefly introduces the relevant principles of transformer insulating oil chromatographic analysis technology, introduces the important position of transformer insulating oil chromatographic analysis technology in transformer preventive test work, introduces the operating principle of online monitoring device and its operation in A City Power Grid.In this paper, through a series of calculations, the off-line chromatographic analysis data of the transformer with on-line monitoring device installed in the city grid is compared with the online chromatographic data, and the conclusion that the online chromatographic data is inaccurate and unstable is obtained.Through a series of data analysis, the influence of temperature on online monitoring data was found, and it was proposed that a constant temperature and constant humidity device should be installed in the online monitoring device cabinet to solve the problems of large fluctuations and large deviations of the online monitoring device method. |
