| The current our country mainly adopts contact rail contour detection method of detection,this way of testing the large workload,low efficiency,poor working environment and foreign advanced detection means,there are larger gap.In order to narrow the gap between Chinese rail contour detection methods and foreign detection methods,the workload and efficiency of Chinese detection methods should be improved.Therefore,based on the rail abrasion detection method,this paper points out that the profile data collected by the laser sensor can be transmitted to the coordinates of the rail datum,and this method can better detect the rail abrasion.Based on this point,this paper makes an in-depth study on the real-time detection method of rail wear.In the process of writing this paper,the author reviewed the relevant literature on rail abrasion and applied it to the research and discussion of this paper.At the same time,the qualitative analysis method is used to deeply discuss the theoretical content of rail abrasion detection method and other aspects involved in the research process of this paper,and the relevant content is summarized and concluded accordingly,so as to provide certain realistic conditions and theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Through the use of the calibration method,the rail profile abrasion can be detected.Because in the external calibration,the calibration plate clarity,has strict requirements,so the size of the exposure can be adjusted.Until you can clearly see the Numbers on the calibration board.It can also set the exposure size in the control panel of the camera in advance,so as to adjust the exposure size,and to measure the performance of the system with the detection accuracy and speed as indicators.At the same time,the average detection time of each rail abrasion image obtained through data monitoring and calculation is 20.24m/s,and the average detection quantity is 95.5,that is,the detection accuracy is 95.5%.Since the image height is 480 pixels and the camera resolution are 1mm/ line,the time-consuming conversion is about: at the same time,according to the above calculation,it can basically meet the requirements of real-time detection of rail surface damage of ordinary railway. |
