The Design And Implementation Of Information System On Key Account Prepayment

The Ministry of Railway ran the key account strategy in 2005,and the scale of that increase to more than 200 enterprises from 9 enterprises now.Along with the improvement of rail transport capacity and road transport as well as waterway transport,the goal of key account strategy has changed,it was aim to relieve the tension of railway transportation and be sure the transportation of key materials before,and then it improves to that meeting the competitions of other forms of transportation and that consolidating sources of railway’s supply and that mining new key customers now.the informatization of key account prepayment is a big part of the key account strategy,and it benefits social effect and enterprise’s income by means of improving the service quality of railway transport and strengthening the connection between railway administration and key accounts.Now the informatization of key account prepayment has many shortages: the settlement spots don’s make sense,the informatization of settlement don’t come true,the settlement workload of key account is too much.So the paper has do a study on the information system of key account prepayment,and the study contents are as follows:First of all,the paper not only has studied the necessity of the system by analyzing the process of railway income,but also the possibility of the system in the view of technology or economy or social.Secondly,the paper has studied the functional requirement and the non-functional requirement and the work flow.The paper has designed the informatoion system on the former basic.The information system is decided to adopt the Browser/Server that made up of presentation layer and business layer and data layer.What’s more,the MySQL and JavaEE and Eclipse is adopted to the information system.Presentation layer will use html,css,javascript,jquery,bootstrap.The Web layer belong to business layer will use SpringMVC;the Sercice layer belong to business layer wil use Spring;the Dao layer belong to business layer will use MyBatis.Functional architecture is divided to four parts: the management of Key account’information,the management of transportation income,the query report,authority management.The paper has finished code writing and interface design at present finally.
