The Planning Of ABA Famous Scenic Area System For National Park System

With the accelerated process of urbanization,China’s scenic resources are facing environmental problems,shortage of funds,more and more management difficulties,while the planning of scenic spots due to differences in resources,the level of preparation and other aspects of planning is too ideal.There are many similarities in the nature,characteristics,goals and direction of the development of the national parks and scenic spots.The successful experience of the foreign national park system provides a strong guide for the planning of the future scenic spots.Based on the status quo of scenic resources in Aba Prefecture,this paper has carried on the research and evaluation to its present situation,the question and the value,has designated 24 scenic spots,and proposed the recent scenic area planning,the long state park Planning two plates to explore the national park system under the guidance of the scenic area system planning content,management system.The contents of this study,specifically the following:(1)Discusses the concept of scenic area system research,put forward the concept of scenic spots and scenic spots system,and constructs the framework of theoretical technology.(2)Applying the literature comprehensive research method to analyze the current situation of the system planning of national park system and scenic area at home and abroad;(3)to Aba state as evidence,the Aba state scenic resources status,problems,value assessment,and study the national park system can learn from the place;(4)Based on the assessment results of Amuzhou scenic resources,the scenic spots are designated,and the planning of the scenic area and the planning of the long-term state park system are put forward.(5)The planning of the recent scenic spots system is the delineation,grade,scale,type,planning and development of the scenic area.The planning of the long-term state park system is the construction of the state park system,Scale,type,spatial system planning,development guidelines;(6)In combination with the national park system,the management system of the planning and management system of the Aba area scenic area system is proposed,including the management institution and its duties,the management system,the fund management,the planning and construction,and the management methods.Scenic area system planning objectives,aimed at the rational protection and utilization of scenic resources.Learn from the national park system to solve the basic problems of scenic resources protection,the formation of a unified and effective management system to form a copyable,can promote the protection and management model.Scenic area system planning to the recent and long-term combination,both as a traditional traditional scenic area system planning transition,but also as a scenic future sustainable development path.In the process of planning and combining the scenic area,the optimization and perfection of the management system is also a big innovation.
