| At present,the development of urban rail transit is very rapid,the major cities are expanding the urban rail transit operation network,and the travel sharing rate of urban rail transit has been continuously improved.But at the same time,there are many problems,such as the subway station in the serious queuing phenomenon,the passenger travel efficiency is low,the station’s service capacity and so on.Only a single consideration of passenger flow organization management can not solve the problems faced by metro stations.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth study of the manual ticketing window,the automatic ticket machine and the automatic ticket checking gate from two aspects of the optimal allocation of service facilities and organization management.This paper first analyzes the walking process of passenger inbound and outbound stations in urban rail transit stations,and analyzes the queuing models of passengers in ticketing facilities and ticketing facilities.Then combined with the relevant theory of queuing,with the help of matlab software to write serial and parallel sales ticket queuing model,take the actual investigation and shooting video method to obtain data,the data processing to obtain the model parameters,and analysis of the impact factors affecting the service time of ticketing facilities.Then,by selecting the performance index of the queuing system of ticketing facilities,the optimal configuration model of serial and parallel ticketing facilities is constructed.Genetic algorithm is selected to solve the optimal configuration scheme of ticketing facilities.Finally,using the genetic algorithm as an example,the optimization scheme of ticketing facilities is used to solve the application of the Rhinoceros Metro station.Based on the optimized configuration scheme and the existing layout,the simulation results are simulated by using anylogic software,and the proposed measures are given on the basis of this.The aim is to improve the travel efficiency of passengers and provide a theoretical reference for the metro stations that are being planned for construction.It also provides decision-making basis for the efficient and optimized operation of chengdu metro station. |
