With the rapid development in recent years China's automatic ticket system,more and more tourist attractions,gymnasium,theater and factory installed automatic ticket system,traffic speed in the larger flow of passengers and many man-made factors,largely to prevent the " Nepotism tickets" and "Fake tickets" phenomenon.Even some bus stations in the city also appeared on the AFC system.This topic through the study of some similar products at home and abroad,designed a brake type SRYM220 wing automatic ticket machine: the integral design of the ticket machine is divided into two aspects of mechanical structure and control system,first of all,from the perspective of the mechanical structure,opposite wing surface and internal material selection,and the overall stress analysis;According to the ticket machine at work within the channel sandstones in the specific requirements,and encountered in the process of work of various special cases,to determine the basic transmission type of movement,design the outside door and veneer respectively the inner structure of concrete,and through the known conditions on the connecting rod and the rack design and calculation,the part finished wing brake machine overall design task;The selection and structure design of the shell parts of the ticket machine are designed,and the concrete size of the casing is determined by combining ergonomics knowledge with the guarantee of aesthetic appearance.Secondly,according to the function requirements and performance indexes of the automatic ticketing machine,the control system of the ticket checking machine is designed in reference to the relevant literature at home and abroad.Logic system contained in the passage,most of the hardware circuit and software program,the research on the design of each part respectively in this paper with analysis,finally got model suitable for this type of control system.Finally,the control panel and computer whole prototype manufacturing,and installation and debugging of prototype,summarizes the problems existing in the trial production process and improve it,that the body can meet the established requirements.
