With the growing pressure of life and work,mental illness has become a top priority for the nation.As the most common mental illness,mental fatigue is also the cause of inducing serious mental illness.It is often neglected in daily life and lacks good prevention and treatment.Although many studies have confirmed that urban green space has a significant positive effect on people's mental health,there is still no green space design guidance basis for mental fatigue recovery.At the same time,because the characteristics of the existing green space cannot be changed according to the research objectives,the virtual reality scene is used to simulate the scene environment to scientifically explore the influence of feature features in the green space on mental fatigue recovery.For the purpose of research,a virtual reality green space scene model is constructed to ensure the spatial experience and highlight the features of the scene.After experiencing the virtual reality scene,the subjective evaluation scale and the physiological intelligence bracelet are used to comprehensively obtain the mental fatigue evaluation data.Compare the mental fatigue of the participants before and after the virtual scene.The effects of five factors,such as green rate,plant planting mode,sky rate,ratio of green rate and sky rate,and virtual reality scene experience time,on mental fatigue recovery were analyzed.The study analyzes the correlation between the characteristics of green space elements and the recovery of mental fatigue from both qualitative and quantitative levels.At the qualitative level,the virtual reality scene model is used to positively promote mental fatigue recovery.(1)Through regression analysis,it is clear that different plant planting methods and different types of vegetation have significant differences in the degree of mental fatigue recovery.It is found that the combination of trees,shrubs and flowers makes the recovery effect more obvious,and the recovery effect of trees and flowers is better.shrub.(2)Compare the changes of time and physiological indicators in each scene experience,and summarize the correlation between virtual reality scene experience time and fatigue recovery.In the quantitative study,according to the data,the most obvious range of green vision recovery,the sky rate range,and the ratio of the best green rate to the sky rate are given.(3)In the experiment,it was found that the sky rate has a significant effect on the recovery of mental fatigue in women,and the recovery effect on men is weak.After experiencing three kinds of scenes,the subjectively selected green vision rate with the most mental relaxation has the best range.(4)Through factor analysis,it is clear that among five elements,the green view rate,the plant planting mode,the sky view rate,the ratio of the green view rate to the sky view rate,and the virtual reality scene experience time,the effect of fatigue recovery is more prominent,followed by the ratio of green rate to sky rate.Studying the relationship between the characteristics of urban green space elements and the recovery of mental fatigue not only promotes the development of healthy urban landscapes,but also strengthens the network and quality construction of green small spaces.According to the results obtained,the design indicators are adjusted to provide a theoretical basis for the green space policy,in order to realize the expansion of the green space health service function.
