A large number of studies have shown that the health care function of forests is helpful to regulate the physical and mental health of human beings.Although there have been many studies on the effect of forest health care at home and abroad, the effects of forest landscape space with different characteristics on users still need to be further studied. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of different types of forest landscape space on the physiology and mood of college students,so as to clarify the effects of different forest landscape space on the physical and mental recovery of the subjects,so as to provide guidance for the future planning of forest ecological space. In this study,kruskal-Wallis H test in SPSS 25.0 was used to compare the baseline values of the four groups of subjects, the differences in the physiological data after TSST pressure and the POMS mood scale, and the differences in the physiological and mood changes of the subjects in different Spaces.Wilcoxon symbolic rank test was used to analyze physiological and mood data of subjects before and after pressure and VR experience,so as to check the difference of physiological and mood indexes before and after pressure. Finally,Spearman correlation analysis was conducted on physiological, mood indicators, environmental preferences and environmental indicators before and after four spatial VR experiences to explore the factors affecting physiological and mood changes. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1)This study verifies that the landscape experience experiment under VR experience can have a positive impact on college students; After VR experience, the physiological indicators of the subjects showed a tendency to promote recovery, and the mood indicators eliminated negative emotions and promoted positive emotions.2)On the whole, compared with physiological indicators, the landscape experiment under VR experience has a more significant effect on the psychological and emotional recovery of college students; After Wilcoxon symbolic rank test, the physiological indicators of the subjects only had significant differences in pulse, while the mood indicators, namely, the sense of interest, the sense of relaxation, the sense of inner insecurity and the TMD value, had significant differences, and all tended to be positive emotions.3)Different forest landscape Spaces also have different physiological and mood restoration effects on college students; The effect of waterscape space and broadleaf forest space on the physiology of college students was significant, among which the changes of waterscape space in systolic pressure(-1.27),diastolic pressure(-1.63)and heart rate(-1.79)were the most significant compared with the other three forest landscape Spaces. The pulse(-4.24)and oxygen saturation(0.44)were the most significant changes in broad-leaved forest space.Compared with the other three forest landscape Spaces, the mood indicators of mixed forest space, namely, the sense of interest(1.52),the sense of relaxation(1.85),the sense of inner insecurity(-1.66)and the TMD value(-5.04),changed more significantly.4)Through correlation analysis,it is found that VR experience experiment of landscape space will generate positive "nervous" and "uneasy" excitement for college students; At the same time, the effect of forest landscape space on the mood and emotion recovery of college students can promote their overall preference of space. At present forest health, much attention has been paid to raise industry countries vigorously promote forest health industry expansion, mixed forests have high emotional effects can be applied to the forest environment planning,in order to bring people back to health in forest landscape space benefit maximization,we should according to different spatial characteristics of forest landscape space corresponding planning and design,to promote the depth of the forest environmental resources development and utilization.
