Aiming at the purpose of the mega-frame can be used for prefabrication in high-intensity areas.This paper proposed a new type of prefabricated mega-frame system with damper-sub-frame isolation.(1)The sub-frame bottom column and the main frame slab is connected by a seismic isolation support to form a tuned sub-frame structure;(2)the sub-frame side beam is connected to the main frame column through the corbel and the sliding support,and a viscous damper is attached between the corbel and the sub-frame beam.At the time,the collision rubber pad is arranged on the main frame column.By these means,it can realize the prefabrication of the mega frame structure in the high intensity region.The new structural system utilizes the interaction mechanism of the mega-frame primary and secondary frames,and plays the role of tuned damping through the seismic isolation sub-frame,while reducing the seismic requirements of the main frame and the sub-frame.The corbel and the sliding support can facilitate the assembly of the sub-frame structure.The viscous damper between the sub-frame and the corbel can reduce the lateral deformation of the sub-frame by the use of relative deformation of the primary and secondary frames.The new structural system has a fast construction speed,a clear force transmission path and the layout is flexible.On this basis,with the help of Perform-3D finite element software,this paper first studies the deformation,energy consumption and damage characteristics of the primary and secondary frames of common mega frame structures.Secondly,the internal force distribution of the mega frame under the horizontal load of inverted triangles is studied.Then the influence of the primary and secondary frame anti-side stiffness ratio and the different connection modes of the primary and secondary frames on the internal force and deformation of the structure is analyzed and a simplified calculation model of mega-frame is proposed.This part reveals the interaction mechanism of primary and secondary frameworks.Finally,for the new structural system,the energy dissipation of the mega frame is studied when the damper is separately arranged,the single sub-frame is isolated,and the damper and sub-frame isolation are both used.Simultaneously the parameters optimal analysis of dampers and isolated layers are completed.
