Strategic Planning Of Riverside Spatial Planning In Benxi From The Perspective Of Organic Renewal

Benxi is in the eastern part of Liaoning province.After years of transformation,the urban waterfront and social living environment have been improved well with the great economic environment in China.The urban population is increasing,and the urban water system has been effectively planned.There are also contradictions in the process of urban riverside space transformation.There will be more and more obvious side effects with certain economic conflicts.First,there are too many infrastructure conditions to be invested,in many places,the quality of the waterfront planning is reduced because the infrastructure services can not keep up.Two,the urban waterfront space has been a scar in the city in the process of urban expansion.Pollution problems emerge in endlessly,and the planning and design of the urban waterfront are all affected.The transformation of riverside space becomes the first problem to be solved.The urban waterfront space has been closely linked with the expansion and development of the city,and is accompanied by the continuous change of urban population,culture,space environment,social relations,economic industry and so on,and in the specific urban waterfront space form through the market law and the government reform to carry out the organized renewal and development.Urban waterfront has a specific development content in different historical periods,which is manifested in urban culture,urban environment,urban space and other forms.Because of its inherent motive cause,it shows characteristic form of water system.In this paper,the theory and practical methods of urban waterfront space in China and foreign cities are consulted,and a systematic combing is carried out.According to the status of Benxi waterfront space,the significance of the development of the existing urban waterfront space in Benxi is analyzed.Through the interpretation and study of the planning of Benxi riverside Tai Zi River scenery belt and the experience of the urban waterfront space model at home and abroad,the practical experience in the development of urban water system is found.The waterfront space will affect the form of urban space with the development of time.The development of economic industry and the increase of GDP also lead to the completion of the diversified expansion of urban water system space.Due to the unbalance of rapid development,the rapid expansion of extensive type has no time to consider the cultural connotation of more soft layers of urban water system.The substantial abundance of material leads to the improvement of the infrastructure in the urban waterfront,but it is less concerned about the urban culture and the spiritual connotation of the city,and the development of the whole urban waterfront space is out of the question.It is an unavoidable morbid condition that can not develop in accordance with the law of the market and the society itself,and can not avoid the development of the contradiction and cause the scar of the city simply for the sake of the economy.From the theoretical perspective of organic renewal,we will re-examine the prospects of urban waterfront development.The contradictions arising from the development of waterfront space can be solved by this theory.In the process of urban waterfront development,improving the utilization efficiency of space can play a certain role in solving the problem of urban waterfront space transformation.After investigating the basic theory of organic renewal and the investigation of the current characteristics of Benxi City,this paper puts forward the goal of Benxi waterfront space,establishes the guidance of Benxi municipal government as the leading waterfront space transformation,follows the market law to carry on the systematic economic integration,in order to protect the mechanism of the cultural context of the waterfront space,and sets out in a pluralistic perspective.The system model of waterfront reconstruction is built.Finally,the strategy of urban waterfront space transformation is put forward to ensure the concrete implementation of urban waterfront space.
