In the face of the increasing mileage of EMUs and the increasing demand for the use rate,it poses new challenges to the stability and safety of EMUs.Under the premise of complying with the current maintenance system of the head office EMU,combined with the actual production support capacity and adapting to the future production pressure of the new EMU maintenance operation brought by the operation of Harbin to Jiamusi and Harbin to Mudanjiang,the operation of the new EMUs will be highlighted.The ability to get effective release,poor planning and lack of balance,and practical problems such as imperfect quality control of EMU maintenance can not meet the needs of maintenance tasks.This paper combines H train segment with unique self-management system management content,and compares and analyzes the Japanese,German and French EMU maintenance system with domestic experience in high-speed EMU operation,and draws lessons from foreign maintenance in EMU.At the same time,it focuses on analyzing the content of production management in the H-engine EMU maintenance system,and conducts analysis and research from the aspects of first-and second-level maintenance,overcoming the seasonal effects in winter,strengthening technical management,and improving comprehensive management capabilities,focusing on production organization capabilities.Analyze the problems of improving work efficiency and ensuring the completion of production.Through various on-site research,using the theory of constraint and the theory of lean production,the corresponding optimization problems are proposed for the problem of the completion of the task quantity and the quality of the EMU maintenance system.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization plan,Finally,strengthen the implementation of safeguard measures,enhance management capabilities,and provide guarantees for maintenance of EMUs.Through the optimization program research,the corresponding adjustments to the maintenance operation and the organization of personnel can meet the current ability of known maintenance tasks,ensure the the quality of operations,and meet the needs of recently known production tasks,but need to continuetracking,analysis and research.To overcome the various uncertainties and difficulties caused by changes in maintenance standards and policy changes.
