Research On Congstruction Technology Strategy Of Yichun Affordable Housing Based On Greening Concept

Affordable housing and green building are two hot topics in the construction industry.The former concerns national economy and people's livelihood,while the latter concerns ecological and environmental protection.In yichun,the construction of affordable housing has been going on for many years,starting from the 1980 s.In the last decade,China has vigorously developed the old industrial base in northeast China,accelerated the transformation of state-owned forest areas,and built a large number of affordable housing.In 2015,our province promulgated the "green building evaluation standard",and required that the proportion of green in the guaranteed housing should reach 70% by 2020.Therefore,it is necessary to review the construction of affordable housing in yichun against the green building evaluation standard.This paper makes an in-depth study on this issue.This paper discusses from three aspects.Firstly,basic data are obtained through literature retrieval and field investigation.Before writing,this paper read a large number of literature materials,including domestic and foreign research status of affordable housing building,green building and affordable housing building greening,and collected yichun natural environment,housing situation,affordable housing development status and other materials.On this basis,several existing social security housing estates were investigated on the spot,and the problems existing in the current situation of social security housing construction in yichun city were summarized.Middle and low-rise buildings,building spacing.Slope road slope,drainage is gathered to underground garage or low-lying place,drainage difficult.In winter,indoor temperature is low and heating energy consumption is high.Solar water heaters are difficult to install.Large water consumption,rainwater directly into the municipal pipe network,not purification collection.High cost of building materials and transportation.Decoration cost is high,material waste is serious.Second,the green orientation analysis of the affordable housing buildings in yichun city.Starting from the generation and characteristics of affordable housing buildings and green buildings,this part details the generation and basic types of affordable housing buildings in yichun,the characteristics and population of various types of affordable housing buildings,the distribution characteristics of affordable housing buildings in yichun,and the feasibility and development direction of greening of affordable housing buildings in yichun.Combined with heilongjiang province green evaluation standard,this paper puts forward the green way of yichun affordable housing building.To make intensive use of limited land resources,optimize the design of mountainous terrain,efficient use of underground space.To improve the insulation and solar energy efficiency of the envelope.To promote the use of water-saving appliances,drinking water and other water pipe design.Collect precipitation,purify and reuse.To improve the utilization rate of new environmental protection materials,local materials,the implementation of integrated construction of building decoration.Third,put forward to solve the problem of yichun security housing green technology strategy.Yichun affordable housing construction has made certain achievements,to a certain extent,improve the housing problems of low-income residents and forest farm worker,but there is still a big gap between in greening,this part will be according to the characteristics of the yichun affordable housing construction and characteristics of yichun's unique geographical environment and in the second chapter yichun existed problems in the present situation in the construction of affordable housing construction,respectively,in the section,water saving,energy saving,material saving,and four aspects of green technology strategy is put forward.Including rational site selection,scientific planning.Reasonably determine the volume ratio of the building.Strengthen the insulation performance of the envelope,use efficient lighting fixtures,increase the utilization rate of solar energy.Reasonable selection of water appliances and water supply,improve the utilization rate of non-traditional water sources.Use new building materials,increase the utilization rate of local building materials,integration of building decoration and industrialization of building components?...
