Research On The Design Of Home Office Space

With the rapid development of science and technology,people's way of life has undergone tremendous changes,affecting all aspects of people's lives.More and More people are getting rid of the situation of going to work in the company every day.A large number of people have come to work at home,which is different from the traditional new way of working at home.At present,the scope of home office is relatively wide,the corresponding design of such residential buildings has not been fully considered,on this basis,this paper studies the existing problems of home office housing and how to solve such problems in the design principles,strategies and design methods.Firstly,this paper analyses the development process of home office residence,and makes a basic research on the historical background and current situation of home office residence.The demand of home office is analyzed from various angles,and the composition and types of home office space are summarized,Summarize the space characteristics and design points of home office space,and lay a theoretical foundation for the following design principles and strategies.Next,through the induction of home office space,four design principles of home office space are put forward.Under the guidance of design principles,the design strategies of home office space and other space are put forward.On the basis of the preceding article,the design methods of independent home office space,compound home office space and other home office space are summarized,This paper expounds the design methods of different home office space from many aspects,such as plane size,space height,physical environment,structure selection,furniture layout and so on.Especially in the section of design method of independent home office space,a new type of shared office space is put forward,which will become a new direction of residential development in China in the future.Finally,through the analysis of examples,this paper applies the design method proposed in this paper to the design of home office space,and carries out practical verification to meet the needs of home office crowd.It also points out the development direction of home office housing in the future,and provides guidance and reference for the development of new residential buildings in the future.
