| The water supply industry is related to the daily life of millions of households and the industrial development of the city.Water supply has thus become a very important industry.Safe water supply is a very important task.At the same time as the water supply,the water plant also consumes a lot of electricity,and the electricity bill is also one of the main contents of the tap water cost.It is of great significance to study how to reduce production energy consumption and save electricity costs.Aiming at the goal of energy saving,this article has carried out a series of studies,including the energy saving of pumps and the optimization and energy saving of dispatching.First of all,this article introduced the analysis of the water treatment process and the specific production conditions of the Chengxi Water Plant with a capacity of 200,000 tons.The paper introduced the pump operation conditions and various indicators and production parameters of the intake pump house.With the existing output of 120,000 tons per day of the Chengxi Water Plant,the establishment of the intake pump house scheduling model was completed.In this paper,the user’s water demand(water supply for the pump room)is forecasted,and the predicted water volume is used for the formulation of the pump house scheduling model and the dispatching plan.According to the existing production parameters of the water supply pump house,the scheduling model of the water supply pump house was completed.Secondly,it introduces the energy saving and scheduling related theory involved in the paper.The characteristics of the pump,the principle of frequency conversion control and the selection of pump frequency control are introduced.The water forecasting theory and related mathematical models are mainly introduced.The mathematical model is used for water forecasting and the forecasting results are applied to the dispatching optimization control.Secondly,according to the formulated scheduling model,the project uses the predicted water volume to allocate and draw water,and the water intake period is divided according to the change of the water level,and the pumping house is optimized for the dispatching plan.Based on the analysis of the previous water plant production scheduling situation,based on this,using the water supply pump house scheduling model for optimal scheduling,and using the optimal scheduling model to guide the daily production.Through the joint scheduling and operation of the pump house and the water supply pump house,the model is verified and analyzed.The prediction error is less than 5%,and all other production indicators and accuracy meet the requirements.Then,according to the actual situation of the Chengxi Water Plant,the establishment of the water forecasting model,the water forecasting and the scheduling plan were determined.The actual situation of the Chengxi Water Plant was introduced,including the production process and the main production equipment,as well as the equipment operating conditions.According to the forecast results of the water supply of the water supply pump house and the situation of the tide level in the Yangtze River,the scheduling model of the pumping pump house was established and the scheduling model of the pump room was optimized.The pumping house and the water supply pump house were considered together and the scheduling plan was optimized.According to the optimized scheduling scheme,the consumption of water and electricity in the water pumping house was reduced by 2.16 Kwh,which was a decrease of 8.5%.The supply of water and power to the water pump room was reduced by 6.06 Kwh,which is a drop of 5%.The total consumption of water and electricity between the two thousand tons decreased by 8.22 Kwh,a decrease of 5.9%.Finally,the optimization scheduling is used to guide the production of the water plant,and the statistical analysis of the actual optimal scheduling of the water pumping pump house is conducted and compared with the production data of the original production scheduling mode of the water plant.After calculation,the average daily power saving by optimizing the dispatch is 838 degrees,and the annual cost savings can be more than 300,000 yuan.After optimized scheduling,water pumping houses and water supply pumping houses have realized energy conservation in different degrees,which has a good promoting effect on the control of production costs of water plants. |
