In a complex electromagnetic environment,electromagnetic energy will enter the internal circuitry of the electronic system/device through different paths,such as radiation and conduction.That will make the system/device not working properly.Especially for electro-explosive device,when the electromagnetic energy entering the interior reaches a certain extent,it may cause false triggering of electro-explosive products,which causes huge losses in personnel and economy.This is not uncommon in domestic and international world.Based on the current naval weaponry development needs,conventional weapons such as aeronautical rockets and aerial bombs,are faced with the environment of the shipboard platform,while modern ships are equipped with a large number of high-power wireless electronic devices,such as communication equipments,navigation equipments and radar in a limited space.Complex electromagnetic field distribution is formed on the deck of the ship with the frequency wide and the amplitude high.With the hidden danger,the safety of the electro-explosive products under this environmental condition must be evaluated.This paper studies the safety evaluation method and process of electric ignition circuit with complex electromagnetic environment for the actual demand of aviation rockets missiles boarding.First,this paper analyzed the ship's electromagnetic environment and its composition.It established a ship's electromagnetic simulation model,short-wave communication antenna model and parabolic toroidal radar antenna model.The free space direction of the antenna,the post-shipment pattern,the ship's electric field intensity distribution and the hull current distribution were simulated.According to the simulation results,a preliminary analysis was carried out,and compared with the standard limits of the shipboard electromagnetic environment in the US military standard.The results can be used as an input index for the safety assessment work.Then,based on the analysis of the composition and structure of a rocket missiles,the components affected by the electromagnetic environment were analyzed.And the mechanism of the electromagnetic environment affecting the electro-explosive products is analyzed.Based on FEKO software,the simulation of the shielding effectiveness of the rocket shell and coupling power calculation for the foot-foot fire mode of the pyrotechnics were completed.The paper had finished the preliminary assessment of its safety in the electromagnetic environment,and identificated its potentially dangerous frequency bands.Through the research of this thesis,a safety evaluation method of electric ignition circuit in complex electromagnetic environment based on electromagnetic numerical simulation is provided.The result can provide certain data and technology for the safety of pyrotechnic weapon equipment in complex electromagnetic environment.So that,it may find electromagnetic safety loopholes that may exist in the early stage,and then adjust the design scheme or adopt electromagnetic strengthening measures to ensure the safety of ordnance and personnel in the complex electromagnetic environment,which has strong practical value.
