Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid economic development of our country,more and more automobiles existing,many roads have already been damaged because of excessive traffic flow,overload and construction of utility tunnel,some asphalt pavement structures have been subjected to fatigue damage early in the design period.How to prevent fatigue damage early and improve the durability of asphalt pavement has become an urgent problem in urban roads and many high-grade highways.The west section of Tourist Road in Ji’nan is taked as the research object in this paper,and is analyzed the mechanical characteristics of the asphalt pavement under standard automobile load,overload,the coupling of standard automobile load and utility tunnel,the coupling of overload and utility tunnel,respectively.The main contents of the research are as follows:1)Based on ABAQUS finite element method,four asphalt pavement models of standard automobile load,overload,the coupling of standard automobile load and utility tunnel,the coupling of overload and utility tunnel are established,and the stress-strain characteristic in pavement is analyzed.2)The stress-strain characteristic in four pavement layers of asphalt concrete mixture,cement stabilized macadam,limestone stabilized macadam and subgrade soil based on above four FEM models is discussed,the influence of four working conditions on four pavement layers is analyzed.3)Based on finite element model of the asphalt pavement under the coupling of overload and utility tunnel,different values of Young’s modulus and poisson ratio in four pavement layers are adopted,the strain influence in asphalt pavement layers with different material parameters is analyzed which is compared with each other4)Based on the case of tourist road in Jinan,design,construction and quality assurance of road with utility tunnel are analysed.
