Asphalt concrete pavement smoothness with high traffic and comfortable, wearable, and the advantages of short construction period, road construction at home and abroad have been substantial use. However, in the tunnel construction of asphalt concrete pavement general solution is not well inside the tunnel and the noise problem of anti-slide, therefore, how to improve the road tunnel of the anti-sliding performance and noise reduction has become a serious problem.The major research thesis tunnels with low noise characteristics of anti-slide OGFC asphalt concrete pavement mix design methods, anti-sliding noise reduction performance and construction crafts. In-depth analysis of the special working environment inside the tunnel and the tunnel and the noise performance against sliding mechanism on the basis, combined with Zhang Shi freeway situation, put forward a road tunnel OGFC mix design method. And were used to track test, Miriam and Shop tilting sand and tire interior OGFC whereabouts on the road, such as structural analysis of the depth of attenuation law, the friction coefficient as well as noise attenuation law changes. The results showed that compared with the ordinary asphalt concrete pavement, with anti-sliding performance of low-noise asphalt pavement OGFC has excellent anti-sliding performance and noise reduction performance, put the value of coefficient of friction increased about 50%, fixed sound source to reduce the noise level 6~7dB mobile sound source to reduce the noise level 4~5dB. At the same time also against Waterloo thesis low-noise asphalt pavement OGFC mechanized tunnel construction technology were studied. |
