Research On The Tourism System Planning Of Jinhe Farm

The characteristics of tourism resource in Heilongjiang province are wild-type style.In order to highlight the characteristics of tourism resources and meet people for the diversified needs of the tourist industry,the provincial government decided to transform the traditional tourist form into urban area tourism,and strengthen the development of tourism resources and the radiation effect of urban tourism area.More than fourteen tourist towns which have been built and the traditional mode of urban tourism development will be changed.In this article,the urban tourism of Jinhe farm was discussed on the background of vigorously developing the tourist town in Heilongjiang province.In order to promote the rapid and orderly development of the urban tourism of Jinhe farm,we combined the six elements of tourism with the town planning,and put it into the construction of specific towns and tourist attractions from the perspective of urban planning.It will have important practical significance to build a unique northern tourism town in Heilongjiang Province through the design of the tourism system of Jinhe farm such as tourism function zoning,tourism project design and tourism image design.The development potential and space of the tourism industry are fully considered during the urban planning and construction,due to the fact that development of urban tourism is gradually formed and perfected in the process of overseaurbanization.Lots of advanced models and experience could be utilized though cognition and academic research were growed and developed late in China.In this paper,five domestic and foreign cities cases that were similar with the development of the Jinhe farm were selected,including historical and cultural and architecturalstyle,the characteristics of urban tourism development of five cities.The further research were carried out step by step according to make frame of the research project,combined with urban tourism development research foundation theory and urban service function classification.For farm town tourism in-depth study,combined with Jinhe farm natural and socio-economic status analysis,scientific and objective evaluation of Jinhe farm tourism resources,tourism resources will be graded.Combined with Jinhe farm location characteristics with the surrounding tourist attractions,objectively orientating for future tourist market,and formulating countermeasures and measures for the Jinhe farm tourism development.For system planning of Jinhe farm town tourism function,formulation of the main image of key tasks,and system planning of tourist routes by domain of town,requiring the reasonable development in the protection,embodying the function of urban tourism,and scientific layout of public service facilities.According to the city center,two tourism belt and five functional areas,special tourism project design were performed.They were arranged for the near-,mid-and long-term priorities.It was ultimately determined for the field stage development project construction sequence.Through the studies on tourism system planning of Jinhe farm,it embodys the concept of innovation and the idea of the integration of urban planning and design and the elements of tourism development.It fully reflects the carrier function of the urban tourism.And in view of the development direction and the research mentality of the urban tourism in the future,it has the model function and guiding significance to the tourism development of the town of Heilongjiang province.
