With the rapid development of manufacture all over the world, natural resources and cultural environment have been deeply influenced. When resources gradually exhausted, compared to reduce development, using existing resources sustainable is more important. Therefore, emphasizing on sustainable principle, Low-carbon concept which is measured by carbon emissions was raised.At the beginning of80th in20th century, Chengdu began to construct rural tourism projects. With the improvement of resident’s living standards and the improvement of rural transportation and infrastructure, original "rural home inns" rapidly developed to industry cluster scale. That has promoted the socialist new countryside construction and made great contributions to the economic development for rural areas. In the process of the agricultural development, it has also appeared a lot of problems, such as resources waste, traffic conditions, damaged water system, low building energy efficiency, tourism activities pollution, and so on. According to these problems, in2011, the" Chengdu’s tourism development over the next5years" explicitly pointed out accelerating green development strategy, protecting resource and environment and strengthen Low-carbon tourism projects development and construction.Based on this background, this paper explained the connotation of Low-carbon, look at the high carbon emissions situation of production, construction, transportation, forest carbon and other aspects, carried out Low-carbon research. Today, the Low-carbon ideas are appropriate for China’s regional characteristics, and meet the need of the social development through systematic induction, arrangement and the transformation. These Low-carbon ideas aims to provide constructive guidance for development and transformation of Low-carbon agricultural tourist farms, provide Low-carbon ideas for the agricultural development for future, provide reference and inspiration for Low-carbon project planning in this area.This paper analyzed the ecological aesthetics, the sustainable development theory, the recreational belt around metropolis theory, the Low-carbon agricultural production theory, the relationship between these theories and the Low-carbon agricultural tourist farms. This paper has also discussed how to realize Low-carbon technique in the agricultural tourist farms and structure planning theory system basing on the Low-carbon concept. That is, use the Low-carbon agricultural cultivation measures to improve the energy consumption. Change the high carbon emissions situation. Plan road network and advocate using environmentally friendly walk, ride and public traffic tools to reduce the tourist traffic carbon emissions. Learn from foreign advanced water system planning and wetland planning idea, reproduce natural water environment and improve biodiversity and the self-purification capability of water system. Recycling rain and building water. Through the construction site selection, structure design and material choice to reduce energy consumption. By advocating Low-carbon tourism concepts and guiding tourists participate in Low-carbon activities to change the life habit. Play infrastructure’s important pivot in the material energy cycle of the farm.The introduction of Low-carbon theory brought new development opportunities for agricultural tourist farms. Ginkgo biloba farm in Shuangliu County as an agricultural project has typically Low-carbon potential. Low-carbon planning process contains overall layout, landscape planning, Low-carbon industry planning, traffic planning, water environment planning, architecture design, Low-carbon tourism planning, infrastructure and plant planning, etc. Based on these planning, this paper sought solutions to solve the environmental pollution and resources problems, guided tourists’traffic and tourist’s activity to the Low-carbon mode, offered visitors leisure, entertainment, shopping experience and a series of leisure activity.
