With the opening of China's economic market,the competitiveness of enterprises has become more and more big.This to a seat in the fierce market competition,focus on the future development of enterprise company,human resource management is the key factor,but if you want to retain talent,to avoid the internal flow of people is too strong,the company should adopt appropriate compensation management plan.Now,more and more enterprises are paying attention to this problem.The plan of salary management is good,it is easy to attract talents,and enhance their loyalty to the enterprise,it will be more favorable to the development of the enterprise.Therefore,today,the study of the strategic plan of compensation management has a positive effect on the enterprise.Under the development system of market economy,Chinese enterprises are faced with competition among domestic enterprises.In the process of globalization,especially the influence of China's strategy of entry,foreign enterprises also accelerate their entry into China's market.Faced with the frontier management concepts and innovative ideas,if we want to compete with them,we need to learn from the related management concepts,enhance the attractiveness of talents,stimulate their enthusiasm for work,and fully stimulate their potential.L company is a large state-owned enterprise.The huge population base leads to a more prominent problem of the salary system.In the face of today's competitive environment,we need to improve our own salary management system.This paper gives a simple clear explanation to the salary management in the relevant concepts and the principle,carries on the investigation and management of the L company,calculated from the two aspects of salary structure and salary level,and the design of the company's appraisal mode and continuous incentive mechanism.The implementation process is controlled,and the effect evaluation of the salary system design scheme is carried out to ensure that the salary system can play its proper management effect.This paper is related to the actual situation of L company,and has a strong guiding significance to practice.
