Study On Road Transformation And Reconstruction Of Qiangfeng Village

The ethnography research from the anthropology angle is relatively weak for a long time.Combining different social backgrounds at that time,road,as a static entity,has produced social connotation after being endowed with "human thought".This paper takes Qiangfeng Village,Wenchuan County,Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province,as the field point of view.The main theme of the thesis focuses on the transformation of Qiangfeng village road and its social changes from the perspective of historical and synchronic.this paper provides a case study of ethnography for the study of "road anthropology",as well as an anthropological thinking for road construction in China.Qiangfeng Village is the closest Qiang village to Chengdu,it has been maintained contact with Chengdu Plain since ancient times.In this process,the road plays an indispensable role as a "medium".Qiangfeng village has experienced two different road types: Songmao ancient road and modern road.The modern road can be divided into Chenga highway,national highway line 213 and Duwen expressway.Under the action of the social background,the road development in different stages caused the village vicissitude in different aspects of qiangfeng village.Different path stages make Qiangfeng village economic development mode change,as a result of each different road property,village change caused by the different emphasis,after the highway opened about 30 years later,it indirectly make Qiangfeng village change in some aspects,such as clothing,diet changes and so on.And national highway 213 was hit by 512 earthquake,Qiangfeng village formed a new village layout and thus formed a new social relations,the tension between people and land and the closure of the expressway lead to a large number of social problems in Qiangfeng village.The connectivity of roads breaks the isolation between regions,and it gradually opens the door for communication between Qiangfeng village and the outside world,and expands the scope of communication between Qiangfeng village and the outside world.The larger and faster the scope of communication between Qiangfeng village and the outside world,the wider the scope of village changes,and the stronger the role and effect of village remodeling.
