Turbine regulating system is an important automatic control system in nuclear power plant.The reliability of the regulating system directly affects the economy of power plant.The steam turbine governing system of nuclear power plant mainly realizes the functions of speed control,power control,load rejection control,steam flow limitation and steam pressure limitation,primary frequency regulation,second frequency control and over-speed protection control.Due to the complicated operating characteristics of steam turbines,coupled with the power grid disturbance,main steam pressure disturbance,re-heater and other external disturbances,the conventional PID control method has been difficult to satisfy the static and dynamic control in many cases.Performance of system cannot achieve the desired control effect.In the project,PID parameter setting is more difficult,basically relying on engineering experience and the adjusting quality degradation happens.Many problems exist on PID parameter which make the system is weakly when there are internal and external disturbance.Especially with the increase of unit capacity,the stability and performance of a unit is more important for the quality of power grid,and the control method need to be improved.In the project,overshoot,instability and not fast response of the regulating system is actually encountered.This paper analyzes the turbine regulating system of nuclear power plant by using the control theory and designs a set of fuzzy PID controllers to solve the degradation problems of turbine control system quality.The parameters of fuzzy PID controller can be adjusted automatically online.The simulation results show that the control system of nuclear power plant based on fuzzy PID has better dynamic response than the PID when response to the system internal and external disturbances.Fuzzy PID control at the same time with the PID steady-state performance as well as fuzzy control fast dynamic response advantages.The research results of this project can provide a feasible reference for the improvement of steam turbine governing system in nuclear power plant.
