Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development and improvement of clean renewable energytechnologies, it is the trend of the development of coal mining and gas managementthat carry out the gas utilization actively and realized coal and gas mining at the sametime, while one of the key is gas power generation system. It is so significance topromote coal mine safety production, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and protectenvironment with solving the problem of low concentration gas pumping exhaust ventand expanding gas comprehensive utilization of space to effective use of resources.This paper focus on micro gas turbine fuel as the basis of gas power generationsystem, modeling each main components of gas micro turbine system with modularmethod. At the same time, in order to highlight the focus, the generator and rectifier ofgas power generation system has been simplified with "unified modeling method".The simulation model of gas generation in each part of the system were built byMatlab/Simulink simulation platform. In the aspect of control strategy, the speedcontrol and the temperature control with the fractional order PID controller and fuzzyfractional order PID controller, On the basis of the original Rowen micro gas turbinemodel. Through the Oustaloup filter algorithm to compute fractional calculus, toachieve the purpose of fractional order PID controller parameter tuning. On the otherhand, adding fuzzy inference rules in the fractional order PID controller and changingthe fuzzy parameters of the error and error change rate to control fractional order PIDproportional, differential, integral parameters to achieve a better control effect.According gas micro gas turbine load changes required under the control ofdifferent controllers for gas generation system to boot from the boot process to stableoperation, as well as combustion gas micro turbine critical disturbance simulationresearch. The simulation results show that when the gas generating system loadmutation, by setting the control parameters, fractional order PID controller and fuzzyPID controller can well meet the performance requirements of the unit, and bycomparing the simulation results come, fuzzy fractional order PID controller canbetter meet the regulation requirements.
