With the advancing of the new round of power system reform in our country,under the deregulation of retail market,there will be a number of electricity retail companies competing with the power distribution company in same distribution area.Under this circumstance,in order to improve their own income,power distribution companies need to formulate their bidding trading and service strategy,electricity purchase and sale strategy and distribution network planning strategy which is suitable for their trading strategy.Based on the above background,this paper studies the operational strategy and planning model of power distribution companies considering the deregulation of retail market.The main contents are as follows:① The Bertrand model in game theory is used to analyze and model the bidding strategies of different electricity retailers(including the power distribution company and independent electricity retail companies)in the same distribution area,and obtain the equilibrium price.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process is used to model the user utility,and the Logit model is used to simulate the probability of the power users choosing different electricity retailers,and the market share of the power distribution companies under different user preferences is obtained.Through the analysis concluded that providing quality services and competitive electricity price contracts is an effective means to improve the competitiveness of the power distribution company.② The operating mode of the power distribution company under the deregulation of retail market is analyzed and its trading strategy is optimized.Specifically,it includes the strategy of purchasing electricity,that is,the purchase of electricity in the contract market and the spot market in each period of time;and the strategy of selling electricity,that is,the real-time electricity price of each period.This paper formulates the trading strategy as a bilevel programming model,in which the upper level maximizes the retailer’s benefit and CVaR,while the lower level minimizes the cost of each electricity user.The resulting trading strategy takes into account the user’s response to the electricity price,achieving a win-win situation for the power distribution company and users.③ The distribution network planning model which accounts for the demand response under the deregulation of retail market is studied.The reliability of power supply is added to the planning goal,and a bi-level planning model is established.The practical distribution network is used to verify the practicability of the model.The case study shows that the distribution network planning program considering demand response is better than the one that does not consider demand response in network investment,network loss and reliability.The distribution network planning model considering demand response is economic in operation,and can improve the operating income of the power distribution company.In summary,this paper innovatively puts forward the trading strategy and distribution network planning strategy.The research results of this paper can provide reference for developing operational strategies and making distribution network planning decisions for the power distribution company under the deregulation of retail market.
