In recent years,the rapid development of smart grid has put forward higher requirements for power metering technology.It is an urgent problem to improve the accuracy of the power metering and reduce the error of the metering device.At the same time,the extensive application of electronic equipment in daily life and industrial production,especially many nonlinear power electronic devices,has resulted in a large amount of harmonic in power system,and caused the distortion of the voltage and current waveforms.This has brought great challenges to power metering,and supply of electric energy with higher power quality.This paper analyzed the current research situation of power quality analysis at home and abroad.The critical characteristics and measurement methods of power quality parameters in China's power quality standard are expounded.The basic theory and method of the calculation of the power quality parameters are fully discussed,including voltage rms value,power factor,three phase unbalance degree and flicker.According to the requirements of the high-precision and multifunction metering,this dissertation introduces a design of three-phase power metering and quality analysis system based on ADE9000,which is a highly integrated three-phase analog front end.Its integrated high precision 24 bit ADC and DSP kernel can achieve high-precision measurement.STM32,the main control unit,reads and writes the internal registers of the metering front-end through SPI communication.It sends data to the host computer through the USB Virtual Com Port.The FFT algorithm is implemented in the LabVIEW software environment to further analyze the power harmonics.This dissertation introduces in detail the overall framework,the hardware circuit design and the specific method of software program design of the system.For both hardware and software design,the design ideas of sub modules are reflected.High precision and real-time requirements are embodied in each design link.Testing and verification of the system,error analysis and evaluation of the measurement uncertainty are introduced in the last.
