Aiming at the needs of intelligent measurement equipment in the construction of smart grid and ubiquitous power Internet of Things,and satisfying the higher demands of users on the reliability,safety and power quality of electricity in the market environment,this paper designs a power collection.Intelligent power monitoring system integrating measurement,power quality analysis and electricity safety monitoring.The system can not only comprehensively collect and monitor all kinds of power consumption information for the main nodes of building or industrial power distribution,but also have functions such as power quality and harmonic analysis,abnormal power alarm,etc.,and can transmit data to the LoRa wireless network.The remote monitoring center facilitates the remote monitoring and management of the overall power usage by management personnel.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the subject,clarifies the functional requirements of the intelligent electricity monitoring system,and designs the overall architecture of the system.Secondly,the design process of intelligent power monitoring system is elaborated from the three system components of equipment layer,network layer and monitoring layer.The device layer is composed of a smart power monitoring front end installed at each node,and the front end adopts a DSP+ARM core architecture.The DSP core integrated by the dedicated energy measuring chip ADE9000 performs real-time operation and processing on the voltage and current signals in the power grid to obtain various power consumption data.The main control unit composed of the STM32 processor of the ARM core completes the task flow of data storage,abnormal alarm,human-machine interface display and data transmission.The network layer uses the LoRa data transmission module to implement wireless networking,and the data transmission follows the more common Modbus RTU protocol in industrial instruments.The monitoring layer includes a PC-side monitoring master station and an SQL database,which not only realizes remote monitoring of power consumption data,but also performs harmonic analysis,and the manager can query historical data through the SQL database.This paper tests the system from two aspects: measurement performance and communication stability.The system can help users to grasp their own power consumption,power quality and abnormal power consumption information accurately and in real time.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized,the future research direction of the system is pointed out,and the application prospect of the research results is prospected.
