In the application field of high speed dynamic weighing,the accuracy of dynamic weighing cannot be guaranteed,because of the contradiction between the weighing speed performance and weighing accuracy performance which is caused by interference of time variant,nonlinearity and random disturbance.It is a challenge of enterprise that how to improve the accuracy,reduce the working time,optimize the operation condition and raise the working efficiency.Meanwhile,It is one of the difficulties over the metrology filed that how to let the electronic weighing instrument products which are with both high precision and speed comes to be true.This article presents a study on the application of weighing sensor technology,high speed and low noise microelectronics and digital filtering technology in the achievement of electronic weighing instrument products of dynamic electronic weighing.With usage of resistance strain gauge Load cell sensor and hardware design of high speed and low noise,as well as design of digital filtering algorithm and digital filter,it efficiently eliminated the noise signal in the weighing and measuring signals,improved the accuracy of dynamic weighing and solved the contradiction of weighing speed performance and weighing accuracy performance.The main research work as below:1.Research on system composition and the function of each constituent part of the electronic weighing instrument products which are able to realize dynamic electronic weighing has been done.Based on the research of weighing sensor technology,resistance strain gauge Load cell sensor among the weighing sensors as weighing has been chosen as sensor part of the electronic weighing instrument products,with which the measuring error of the input level sensor has been efficiently decreased.Meanwhile,detailed research on the composition and working principle of the resistance strain gauge Load cell sensor has been done also.2.Research on the category and characteristics of external and internal noise which may affect the weighing accuracy performance of the electronic weighing instrument products,and then research on how important the circuit element noise and signal conditioning speed of the electronic weighing instrument product's self–detection circuit on deciding the weighing accuracy performance and weighing speed performance of the electronic weighing instrument products have been done.Based on the research,the high speed and low noise microelectronics has been utilized to propose the hardware design which can realize at the same time lowering the noise of detection circuit and increasing the speed performance.The experimental result proved that this optimization of hardware efficiently improved the weighing accuracy performance and weighing speed performance of the electronic weighing instrument products.3.From the research of hardware improvement measures which have limited improvement on the weighing accuracy performance,a second improvement on this performance through software design based on the digital filtering technology has been proposed.On this base,research on the digital filtering algorithm for the removing extreme value averaging filter and design principle of IIR digital low pass filter was done.According to the specific technical indicators of this kind of electronic weighing instrument products,the MATLAB Butterworth filter classic model is utilized on the design of the IIR digital low pass filter of this electronic weighing instrument product.Combination of the digital filtering algorithm for the removing extreme value averaging filter and IIR digital low pass filter has been adopt on filtering processing of electronic weighing instrument product's weighing and measuring signal.The experimental result proved that this combined digital filtering mode can efficiently restrain and mitigate the impulse interference from the noise beyond the hardware improvement measures to the weighing and measuring signals.Based on the hardware improvement measures,the weighing accuracy performance of this electronic weighing instrument product would get further improved.The experimental result also proved that 0.006 % ×FS weighing accuracy performance and 1ms weighing speed performance of the electronic weighing instrument products is achievable by combination of hardware improvement measures and digital filtering mode.Compared with the index former F159 electronic weighing instrument products and other common mainstream electronic weighing instrument products which are able to realize dynamic electronic weighing,this kind of electronic weighing instrument products has great improvement on the dynamic weighing accuracy.
