With the continuous improvement of living standards and consumer awareness,the consumers pay more attention to the phenomenon that the weight of prepackaged food whether reach national standard or not.In order to avoid the food of substandard weight flowing into the market,manufacturers need to secondary weigh the weight of the food.In view of this situation,the foreign manufacturers pioneered use dynamic weighing technology.This technology can realize high speed and high precision weight detection in the dynamic condition of production line.The detection of data is transmitted to the removing device and it removes the weight of substandard food.China's dynamic weighing technology starts late,but the market demand of dynamic weighing is big.So carrying out the research and design of dynamic weighing scale has good practical value.This paper designs a dynamic weighing scale based on the STC15W4K56S4 single-chip,including mechanical system and weighing instrument.The main contents of this research are as follows:First,from the weighing accuracy,the dynamic weighing scale mechanical system is designed,and the 3D model is built.Then Ansys Workbench is used to carry on the static analysis of the mechanical system in order to improve the mechanical structure of the weighing scale.Second,the hardware system of the weighing instrument based on STC15W4K56S4 MCU is built,including A/D conversion circuit,display circuit,key circuit,clock circuit,etc.Anti-interference of A/D conversion circuit is designed.Third,the software system of the weighing instrument is developed.The whole software program is developed and debugged by keil uvision4.Through the analysis of the specific function module,the flow chart of software program is determined,and each module software program is designed.Last,the dynamic weighing scale prototype is researched.And performance tests are taken on the prototype of dynamic weighing scale,including the partial load error,the zero point error,the weighing error and example test.Experimental results show that the dynamic weighing scales can meet the technical requirements and performance indexes of the whole machine.
