Since the establishment of the cinema system in China in the early 21 st century,with the support of economic development and macroeconomic policies,capital gradually gathered to the cinema construction.At the same time,competition between cinemas has become increasingly fierce.The cinema construction has high investment and long return period,and its location is directly related to the cinema's profitability and even survivability.Therefore,this paper aims to quantitatively analyze the optimal location of cinemas.Firstly,it has established an urban basic database,including cinema data,road network data,bus data,subway data and commercial POI data.Secondly,it analyzes the internal and External factors: cinema scale,crowd concentration,traffic convenience and commercial vitality;then,using spatial syntax,nuclear density calculation and other methods to quantify multi-modal traffic accessibility and commercial vitality,and analyze various factors and cinema box office correlation between them;then,multi-model traffic accessibility,the number of cinema halls and the commercial POI density as the influencing factors,the cinema box office as the standard,the establishment of multiple linear regression models,and based on the basic data of three cities Verification,the verification results show that the predictive accuracy between 60% and 80%,which reflects the scientificity and accuracy of the model,and has certain reference value for the cinema site selection.Finally,in the plural based on the linear regression model,a cinema evaluation site for quantitative evaluation of the site was developed.The platform provides report summarization of any single point location in the system map and data comparison function of multi-point location.,site selection for the cinema staff to provide scientific,intuitive,quantify and comprehensive analysis platform.
