In recent years,the general contracting model of the project has been developed very rapidly.The state and local governments have successively issued a series of laws,regulations,and principles and policies,and vigorously promoted its development,becoming a key promotion model for project contracting.With the continuous development and progress of our society,the influence of national "Belt and Road" and other policies will better promote the development of the general contracting business,and its role will become more and more obvious.It can not be denied that China's general contracting of projects started relatively late,and the overall development situation is very different from that of developed countries.There are various problems in different degrees.There are some shortcomings in the research on general contracting,some of which are too broad and some of which are too rigid on the surface.There is very little research on the risk management of engineering procurement,and the quality of procurement risk management will seriously affect the success or failure of the project.This research just fills the gap in this area.Through the study of procurement risk management,The comparison and analysis of procurement management under different contract modes,Jiezhudeerfei method,brainstorming method and other methods have been studied and discussed in many aspects,and it has been concluded that there are subjective factors and objective factors in the risk management of EPC general contract procurement.It is divided into nine types of risk factors such as contract risk,corruption risk,economic environment and financial environment risk,and the risk of rising raw materials price.Through the method of hierarchical analysis,relevant aspects of the evaluation of nine risk factors are carried out,and according to the calculated weight,the factors with higher weights are found,and the relatively large risks are determined.We will conduct targeted control on the key risk factors with higher weights,and do a good job of monitoring and analyzing procurement risks in order to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and prevent and control procurement risks.It is extremely important for effective control of procurement risks.In the last chapter,combined with some key engineering examples,the evaluation system of various risk factors was established by the analytical hierarchy process and the Delphi method,and the calculation and analysis were carried out.Through the calculation,the risk factors with the weight of the comprehensive index in the top three were obtained.These three types of risks have a strong impact on the overall purchase price risk.In the procurement management process of the project,we must focus on strengthening the prevention and control of the above three key risk factors,and put forward many solutions and suggestions to reduce the procurement risk under the general contract model and promote the success of the project.
