Optimizing the energy structure and reducing carbon emissions are inevitable requirements for sustainable development in China.Low carbonization of the grid is a key means of carbon reduction.Micro-grid is an important form of utilization of distributed renewable energy,and it is also a key link to achieve low-carbon power grid,with great low-carbon benefits.It is of great significance to consider low carbon constraints in the planning and operation of microgrids.This paper focuses on the three aspects of low carbon comprehensive evaluation,capacity optimization and energy management strategy in the construction of low carbon microgrid,considering the impact of low carbon constraints on microgrid planning and operation issues.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A low-carbon fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for microgrid based on AHP-anti-entropy weight method is proposed.Firstly,combined with the characteristics of microgrid,a low carbon level evaluation index system and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were constructed.The effectiveness of the method is illustrated by calculations,and two low-carbon constraint indicators of renewable energy installed capacity and renewable energy consumption rate are cited as the basis for later research.(2)Propose a microgrid capacity optimization method considering low carbon constraints.A micro-grid double-layer capacity optimization model is constructed,in which low-carbon constraints include consideration of renewable energy installed capacity and renewable energy consumption rate in constraints,and accounting for carbon emission costs(including punitive carbon dioxide emissions)in the objective function.Costs and carbon subsidies to encourage renewable energy consumption).Through the example,the capacity optimization method can well guide the capacity allocation of the low-carbon microgrid system and meet the low-carbon economic requirements.(3)Propose a microgrid energy management strategy based on low carbon and economic comprehensive targets.Based on the capacity allocation results of the microgrid system,the system energy optimization method and process are proposed.The weighting coefficients are assigned to the low carbon target and the economic target respectively in the objective function,and the energy management strategies for different optimization targets are obtained by adjusting the weight coefficients.The effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.
