With global warming,China has put forward the development goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization".The transportation system is a big energy user.In order to accelerate the realization of the "dual carbon" goal,in recent years,relevant departments have formulated a series of strategies and policies for the integrated development of energy and transportation.As the main force in medium and long-distance transportation,high-speed rail has developed rapidly in recent years.Among the high-speed rail power consumption,traction power accounts for the largest proportion,which is one of the key areas of carbon emission reduction.In order to actively respond to the national call,under the premise of ensuring the safety of traction power supply,the high-speed rail operation department has carried out a series of researches on the integration of new energy power generation into the traction power supply system.So as to optimize the energy consumption structure of high-speed railway,and improve the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency.The high-speed rail traction load is different from the domestic and industrial electricity load.It has the characteristics of wide distribution,strong impact,random instability,high power,significant time period,and high safety requirements.This greatly increases the difficulty of theoretical research and practical application of new energy traction power supply.On the basis of previous researches by scholars,by analyzing the characteristics of high-speed rail traction load,new energy power generation characteristics and the distribution of new energy along the high-speed rail,a high-speed rail new energy microgrid based on energy Internet technology is constructed along the high-speed rail.It can supply power to the high-speed rail traction power supply system together with the large power grids along the line.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of traction power supply,this paper conducts research on the planning,capacity allocation and operation scheduling of the HSR's new energy microgrid,and finally makes a comprehensive benefit evaluation of the construction and operation of the HSR's microgrid.The main innovations of this article include the following:(1)Research on the safety measurement method of HSR's new energy traction power supplySafety is a prerequisite for the operation of high-speed rail.As the only source of power for the operation of high-speed rail,traction power supply system plays a vital role in the safe and stable operation of high-speed rail.In this section,firstly,the importance of the safety measurement of HSR's new energy traction power supply is introduced.Secondly,by analyzing the HSR's traction power supply risk and the impact of new energy power generation and grid connection,determine the HSR's new energy traction power supply risk factor.Then,comprehensive risk factors,HSR's traction power supply and new energy power generation related technical regulations,establish a HSR's new energy traction power supply safety evaluation system.Finally,according to the safety evaluation system,the safety factor of HSR's new energy traction power supply is proposed.This lays the foundation for subsequent research on the construction and operation optimization of HSR's new energy microgrid.(2)Research on the planning method of HSR's new energy microgridFirst,by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of HSR's traction power,new energy output and energy storage system,it is determined that new energy power generation will be integrated into the traction power supply system by adopting the HSR's new energy microgrid AT station.Secondly,comprehensive high-speed rail traction network distribution characteristics and new energy distribution along the line.Based on the energy Internet technology,the construction principles and basic framework of the HSR's new energy microgrid are given.The construction principles of the HSR's new energy micro-grid include:local micro-grid,national high-speed rail micro-grid interconnection,blockchain technology for supervision,and large-scale power grid for security.This solves the conflict between the power supply range of the traditional microgrid and the wide distribution of the HSR network.Electric energy is transferred between the interconnected HSR's new energy micro-electricity.This can effectively dampen the impact of unstable new energy and improve the utilization rate of new energy.The HSR's new energy micro-grid is connected with the large power grid,which can realize "spontaneous self-use and surplus electricity to go online".This can not only ensure the safety of HSR's traction power supply,but also improve the comprehensive utilization of energy.(3)Research on the constant capacity model of HSR's new energy microgrid based on security constraintsFirst,based on the energy Internet technology,the multi-objective equilibrium optimization theory is adopted to establish a constant capacity model of the HSR's new energy microgrid.The objective functions of this model include:1)the greatest safety factor of traction power supply;2)the lowest cost;and 3)the least carbon emissions.Traction power supply safety is one of the constraints of this model.By effectively integrating resources such as the available free land area of high-speed rail lines,the distribution of new energy,and the installed capacity of connected HSR's new energy microgrids,the new energy installed capacity and energy storage capacity of interconnected new energy microgrids are optimized.This can improve energy efficiency and reduce investment costs.Secondly,the improved quantum genetic algorithm(IQGA)is used to solve the model.The results found that the HSR's traction power supply system has a good potential for new energy consumption.(4)Research on the dispatching model of HSR's new energy microgrid based on security constraintsFirst,guided by the safety of traction power supply and the priority consumption of new energy power,the basic principles for the safe dispatch of HSR's new energy microgrids are proposed.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the traction load,a multi-objective optimization theory is adopted to establish a HSR's new energy micro-grid dispatch model.The objective functions of this model include:1)the greatest safety factor of traction power supply;2)the lowest cost;and 3)the least carbon emissions.Traction power supply safety is one of the constraints of this model.Through the interactive adjustment of "source-network-car-storage"multiple links,the comprehensive utilization rate of energy,the quality and safety of traction power supply are improved.Finally,IQGA is used to solve the model,and it-is found that the operating cost of the interconnected high-speed rail new energy microgrid is lower than that of the non-interconnected model.
