With the continuous development of the economic level,the needs of the people have gradually risen from the material level to the spiritual level.The unique visual and spatial experience brought by nonlinear form brings aesthetic pleasure to the people.At the same time,computer digital technology continues to evolve,and parametric design tools and digital construction technologies are becoming more mature.With the combination of external requirements and internal design and technical conditions,the use of parametric design tools to design and generate,the nonlinear morphological structures built by digital construction technology has become a new field worth studying.In this paper,the theoretical analysis of 3D printing is carried out in detail,and the various technical routes constructed by 3D printing digital technology are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages and application scope of designing and constructing structures using 3D printing nodes are compared.For structures using 3D printing nodes,due to the mechanical properties and cost constraints of 3D printing nodes,efficient structural forms are required.There is still no systematic research and solution to this problem.Therefore,the author extracts the key question of this paper: how to generate a 3D printing node structure design method with high performance and high implementation feasibility?This paper proposes countermeasures to solve the key problems at three levels: in the overall modeling level,in order to make the overall modeling structure performance efficient,the thin shell shape is used to reduce the bending moment in the structure and reduce the load of the node.In this paper,RhinoVAULT is used to analyze the possible thin shell morphology in detail,and several design techniques and modeling forms are listed.At the level of building components,in order to reduce the difficulty of modeling in the form of discrete parts of nonlinear form,the parameterized shape tool can be used to input the shape information of thin shells,to automatically shape various physical parts,and also to discuss some special The shape of the idea.At the node level,in order to solve the problem of high cost and low structural performance of 3D printing nodes,this paper compares the structural performance and cost of various materials,and obtains suitable 3D printing processes and materials.The author uses the two-way progressive structure optimization method to obtain a better design structure of the node.In order to meet the diversified use requirements of the structure,the 3D printing node can be structurally adjusted and expanded to meet the functional requirements of shading,rain protection and planting green plants.In this grand topic of digital construction,this paper selects the small incision of 3D printing node,tries to explore and explore in the aspects of structure,form,material,function and so on from macroscopic structure to microscopic node,and find a way to find a way.Effective and adaptable design methods and techniques,I hope to have some inspiration and help for the research of the latecomers.
