Study On Cost Control Of Biomass Furnace Project In A Company On Value Engineering

Along with the further development and application of new energy sources,biomass energy has been recognized as a zero-emission renewable energy at home and abroad.Along with the further development of related technologies of biomass boilers,a series of cost management problems have arisen in this process.In policy terms,the policy given by the state in this respect is relatively superior,coupled with state subsidies,but there are still some related biomass boiler enterprises have the problem of exceeding cost of construction projects,which resulting in unbalanced investment and income.In enterprises management terms,at present,the target cost control of China’s construction units is still in the stage control level,and the full life cycle cost control did not realized,and it is difficult to effectively control the target cost of construction projects.The research contents of this article includes as following:(1)Introduce the background and significance of the research,and the present situation of value engineering in theoretical research and practical application at home and abroad,and the research contents,research method and innovations.(2)Introduce the basic theory of value engineering and biomass boiler.(3)Mainly studied the application of value engineering in solution selection of biomass boiler flue gas denitrification of A Company biomass boiler project.(4)Mainly studied the application of value engineering in the budget cost control of A Company biomass boiler project.(5)Mainly studied the application of value engineering in the bidding evaluation of A Company biomass boiler project.(6)Conclusion and suggestion.This paper demonstrates the effective application of value engineering in the cost management of biomass boiler project by combining theory with practice,qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation,and broadens the application direction of value engineering,and also provides reliable theoretical basis and practical reference for implement and further development of the cost control of biomass boiler project full life cycle in China.Figure8;Table30;Reference 53...
