Urban Agriculture Elements Intervention Young Rental Apartment Outdoor Environment In Design In Li Shan Industrial Zone

Based on the fact that there are many young people in Shenzhen who are short of housing resources and land resources,the integration and reuse of old industrial parks has become the trend of development,and the diversification of people's lifestyles.It is proposed that urban agricultural elements and sports should be involved in the transformation of old industrial parks into youth rental apartments to explore the development direction of the old industrial parks.Based on the comparative analysis of relevant practice cases at home and abroad,it is concluded that the environment of youth rental apartment should be constructed by using the elements of agricultural landscape and public sports in the transformation of old industrial park into youth rental apartment,and the environment of youth rental apartment with humanistic,flexible communication,natural education and local characteristics should be constructed.Increase the interest of outdoor public activity space,improve the existing outdoor environment of youth rental apartments landscape greening,lack of public service facilities,single form of outdoor environment,chaos,low environmental quality and other issues.Then it causes relevant departments to pay more attention to the outdoor public space of youth rental apartments and strengthen environmental construction.By using the methods of literature reading,field investigation,case study,model simulation and questionnaire survey,this paper designs and studies the outdoor environment renovation design of the youth rental apartment in Lishan Industrial Park,Nanshan District,Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province,and explores the feasibility of transforming the old industrial park into the youth rental apartment,so as to provide reference and direction for the improvement of the youth rental environment..
