Research On Cost Management Of Construction Project Based On Express Company In The Whole Process

In December 2016,the State Post Office issued the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Development of Express Industry(hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").It propose d that by 2020,the express service system with universal benefits,advanced technolog y,high service quality,safety,efficiency,green and energy-saving should be basically built,and the service network covering the whole country and Unicom international sh ould be formed.This makes the express delivery company's logistics network put forw ard higher requirements,resulting in the construction of logistics field will naturally in crease the number,site scale,site use more comprehensive changes.This puts forward high requirements for the engineering management level of express companies.This pa per takes the whole process construction cost management of express company as the research object.After systematically analyzing the factors affecting the cost in each sta ge of the whole process management,it puts forward the shortcomings and solutions of the cost management in each stage.Taking a settled project of A Express Company as an example,this paper analyses the settlement and change of the project as a breakthrough point,and finds out the change factors which have the greatest impact on the cost.Finally,the corresponding relationship between each stage of the whole process cost management and the change factors is analyzed.In view of the changes easily caused by each stage,the specific management content and direction of reducing the cost of construction projects in each stage are put forward.
