In recent years, with the improvement of people's demand for medical environment quality, the comfort of the physical environment has received extensive attention. As one of the booming cities in the medical industry,Shenzhen's indoor environmental quality is particularly important, especially as an outpatient hall for the entrance space of the outpatient department. However, the space design of the outpatient halls of large-scale hospitals in Shenzhen is usually designed with large-area glass curtain walls or skylights for natural daylighting. The hot summer climate makes the indoor light and heat environment extremely uncomfortable and consumes a large amount of air conditioning energy. In addition, the existing research pays more attention to the theoretical research of the humanized design and public space design strategy of the hospital, but the research on the space photothermal environment of the outpatient hall is lacking. Therefore, the article aims to explore the use of passive design techniques to enhance the comfort of the space photothermal environment. The article takes the design of the light and heat environment in the outpatient hall of Shenzhen Regional Hospital as the research object.Using the horizontal analogy analysis of the case, the summary of the literature and the field investigation of the photothermal environment, the current situation of the photothermal environment in the outpatient hall is found, and the corresponding design is proposed.Strategy to guide the design and optimization of the hospital outpatient hall space.Firstly, through the analysis of the case, the development history, characteristics and classification of the outpatient hall space are obtained.Secondly, the existing research on the photothermal environment is reviewed. The current research on the photothermal environment and the influencing factors of the space design are analyzed, and the spatial design factors are obtained. The connection with the photothermal environment.Secondly, carry out on-the-spot investigation and subjective questionnaires on the spatial and thermal environment of different types of hospital outpatient halls, and select the typical cases of the hospitals with serious problems to carry out the actual measurement of the photothermal environment.Based on the photothermal environment evaluation criteria, analyze the photothermal environment of the outpatient hall. The current situation, summingup the reasons for the design that led to the discomfort of light and heat.Thirdly, based on the spatial characteristics of the hospital outpatient hall, climatic conditions and the needs of the population, the principles of light and heat environment design in the outpatient hall are proposed. From the passive design level, the design strategy of the solar thermal environment in the hospital outpatient hall is proposed to realize the light and heat. The comfort of the environment and the energy saving of the space. Finally, the space of typical hospital outpatient hall is selected, its spatial characteristics are analyzed, the current status of its photothermal environment is measured, the existing problems and design reasons are summarized, and a targeted optimization strategy is proposed.Through literature review and case study, the article discusses the relationship between the space design of the hospital outpatient hall and the photothermal environment, and systematically proposes the design strategy of the light and heat environment in the outpatient hall of the hospital in Shenzhen, which provides the basis for the design and optimization of the outpatient hall. And guidance.
