In recent years,the UAV industry has been widely developed all over the world,and UAV has been gradually applied to all aspects of society.Drones are used very frequently in power inspection,meteorological observation and so on.Compared with the Rotary-Wing UAV,the fixed-wing UAV has the advantages of long flight time,large load capacity and convenient maintenance and use,and is widely favored by the engineering field.UAV mostly becomes an important flight platform operating in various important places,supporting equipment of high-tech,professional so that the cost of fixed-wing UAV continues to rise.According to statistics,the recovery process of fixed-wing UAV is one of the most prone stages of accidents,so it becomes extremely important to improve the recovery level of UAV.The recycling technology of UAV continues to make progress with the development of science and technology.The more common drone recovery methods are parachute recovery,air cushion recovery and collision net recovery.Among them,the recovery of collision net has the advantages of low cost,simple recovery operation and accurate location,and is more suitable for the recovery of small and medium fixed-wing UAV.Based on the requirements of this proofreading 10-30kg-class UAV recovery,this paper improves the traditional recycling method of "single-net double-bar" UAV collision net.The principle analysis,overall component design,simulation analysis and strength checking of the UAV recovery device with controllable damping collision network are carried out,and a complete design process is formed.The controllable damping UAV collision NET recovery device designed in this paper,including the small car blocking network system,the controllable damping braking system and the rail base system,can recycle the UAV and has certain engineering application value.First of all,the specific technical requirements of UAV collision NET recovery device are determined first.The systems that make up the entire recycling system are identified.Then the three-dimensional design software is used to carry out the specific structure design of each sub-system.The design of the components includes the design of the trolley blocking network system,the design of the controllable damping braking system and the design of the rail base system.After basically completing the parameters of these parts,the part model of each part is drawn in SolidWorks,and the 3D modelingwork of the whole UAV collision Net Recovery device is completed in the Assembly platform.Secondly,the dynamics of aircraft collision net recovery process are simulated and analyzed by using LS-DYNA software,and the peak overload and recovery performance of aircraft during the collision network are analyzed.Finally,according to the simulation results,considering the worst working conditions,the strength check of the key components of stress concentration is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,so that the strength of the key components can meet the basic needs of the recovery and collision network.
