With the thorough application of the State Grid Information System,the policymakers have been paying much more attention to not only transferring the offline business to online process,but also the role of the operation data in the enterprise management and decision-making.In order to solve three primary problems of scattered and small systems in terms of no unified business model,system informational island and simple application of data service.This paper deigns the platform to meet the requirements of the new management.In order to solve the above three problems,this design proposes the method from framework in the macro level to eliminate the system informational island and use the data in advanced application,using the model of chain management and control and platform architecture design.Through design and implement of data sharing and fusion components and rule engine component in detail in the platform,discuss working cross system and sharing data from different data resources,completing warming about key nodes based on data sharing.In the stage of building model,in order to solve the problem of misty boundary of business personnel work interface from the traditional top-down model design,the method proposed a way to build the top-down model based on the role of basic user.Using this method,the platform is divided into 17 business domains,126 business sub domains and 298 business capabilities,and the system business architecture design is divided into five theme function modules and 44 sub modules.The data architecture design works on defining the main data model,defining the data integration model and designing the unstructured data storage.The technology architecture consists of four main functional components,in terms of enterprise portal module,unified process management,data sharing and integration,and rule engine.To solve the problem of informational island,functional component of data sharing and integration completes the extraction of heterogeneous database,through the ETL tool to complete the cleaning and transforming of data and finally loading to data warehouse.With this method,the data from 15 business subsystems could be shared and pushed to different data marts from different business domains to be shown in front of the system.In terms of data application,rule engine could use rule management module,a rule execution module and monitoring module to monitor and warn the whole process of supply chain.In this way,with the help of other components in the technical architecture such as workflow components,this engine could complete the warning push of nearly 50 data tables and hundreds of data field.Finally,the function test and performance test of the system show that the supply chain management platform meets the requirements of the business and the company information system.
