With the rapid development of the automobile industry in China,the vehicle retention is increasing every year.The market competition is increasingly fierce,and the profit of automobile manufacturing industry is declining year by year.Many manufacturers are beginning to consider reducing costs as an important measure to maintain the competitiveness of their products.As a labor-intensive industry,the labor cost is an important part of the whole vehicle manufacturing cost.The major automobile manufacturers have been aware of this,and began to reduce the manufacturing cost of labor.However,because of the complexity of the manufacturing process,and the difficulty to assess the workload and required human resources,the effect on optimization of human cost is minimal.The current personnel planning method used by S Company is short of systematic,and it is difficult to compare the level of efficiency between different plants with different process.In the process of developing the personnel planning,the method depends on the experience and negotiation skills of the engineer too much.This study find out the relationship between value added operation and the number of operators in vehicle plant by referring to SEMI E10 standard,analyzing and classifying the pay time of operators.Based on multiple regression analysis,find out a systematic plant personnel planning method.Validate the planning method by actual data.Introduce working pace and kitting to explain the gap and optimize the planning method.The new method is more systematic and convincing.In the process of personnel planning,it can also identify the waste and help to optimize the efficiency of operators.
