Study On Master Producton Schedule And Dynamic Dispatching For Power Equipment Manufacturing Companys

The power generation equipment manufacture industry faces great risk under the influence from the governmental policies,economic environment and clients quality,as well as the risk due to the feature of the industry itself,such as long production cycle and heavy investment.So control the production under project management system,enhance the risk management consciousness and design specific tool become one urgent problem to solve.According to modern risk management theory and characteristics of power generation equipment industry,a dynamic scheduling method of master production based on risk control and RCCP was presented.AHP was used to build risk assessment model and calculate risk status values.On the basis of analyzing cases in China,the article provides risk evaluation and warning mechanism model.The study provides a guidance to the risk management of the industry,so as to increase profit and prevent potential loss by enhancing the efficiency of the project management personnel.
