Since the 21 st century,all countries in the world have been faced with the depletion of fossil fuels in different degrees and the environmental pollution.China has clearly put forward the scientific development concept of energy conservation and emission reduction and building a conservation-oriented and sustainable society.Under the background of the third industrial revolution,with the in-depth development of new energy technologies and information technologies,in order to solve such problems,an energy eco-system——energy internet,which takes electric energy as the main form and the smart grid as the main carrier,was proposed.The Energy Internet has the advantages of high efficiency of distributed energy utilization,multiple forms of energy interconnection and transformation,and the ability to fully utilize the resource potential of the demand side,and is in line with future energy utilization systems.This paper considers the operating characteristics of different energy systems,establishes a coupling model of energy interconnection systems,and analyzes the operation of the energy interconnection system,which is dominated by power systems,from three aspects: operational risk assessment,virtual power plant integration,and scheduling strategies formulation.The main contents are as follows:1)Assess the risk level of energy internet operation under different dispatching schemes,consider the uncertainty of wind power output and user demand comprehensively,and consider the probability of unit failure in the course of power system operation,according to evaluation of power system operation adequacy,combined with the characteristics of different energy systems,proposes indicators for assessing the operational adequacy of the energy interconnection system.2)A large number of available demand response resources and distributed resources in the energy Internet,combined with energy storage systems,and the use of communication control technologies,converge at the functional and effect level to form a virtual power plant to participate in energy Internet scheduling.According to the characters of the resources contained in the virtual power plant,the output characteristics,the cost characteristics,and the uncertainty of the output energy are modeled.The virtual power plant uses different resources to integrate and optimize the uncertainty and reduce the random fluctuation of the output.3)For energy internet risk scheduling with the minimum cost of power system scheduling as the optimization goal,the power system adequacy assessment index is used as a constraint to control the risk of its operation.Under the premise of considering the operating benefits of other systems,the introduction of virtual power plants as a whole to participate in the optimization of scheduling,make full use of the demand response resources and distributed resources in the system,and improve the economics of the scheduling.The Benders decomposition method is used to solve the optimal scheduling scheme of power system.
