Accelerate the hull block lifting speed is very important to improve the use efficiency of large crane and shorten the period of ship building.Tacking welding arrangement design of block is an important step of block assemble,its main role is to ensure the block fix on the assemble position safely and stably,without any safety and quality accidents,during the block lifting to assemble.The reasonable design of tacking welding arrangement can not only make block fixed fastly,but also can reduce the block deformation,so that the datas of assemble can be controlled in the standard range.The paper takes side shell assemble block as example,use MSC patran establish its finite element analysis model,calculate the stress distribution and structure deformation in the case of block assemble,and also the strength of the weld is checked.According to the computer simulation,we can come up with the effections and improvement measures which could be the basis and theory of the tacking welding arrangement when do erection work.The result of finite element analysis can be used to guide the design and improve t he work of tacking welding arrangement during erection.And also it can improve the efficiency of ship building work. |
