With the rapid development of the economy,in order to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion,cities have made great efforts to develop public transportation.The city has invested a lot of resources in the construction of rail transit,BRT and conventional public transport,but it has neglected the blank area of conventional bus that cannot be opened because of unreasonable traffic planning and limited road conditions.The inconvenience of residents' “last mile” travel has not been effectively resolved.Microcirculation-bus is a kind of public transportation.It is an effective supplement to large-scale public transportation,which provides convenience for residents to travel short distances and transfer to other modes of transportation.At present,the degree of perfection of microcirculation-bus operation modes in various cities is uneven.Only a reasonable microcirculation-bus operation mode can fully utilize its functions of supplementing blind areas,connecting intermodal transportation,and facilitating travel.In order to make passengers travel easily or transfer to other modes of transportation,a scientific and rational micro-circulation bus operation mode is needed.In terms of research methods,this paper uses a combination of theoretical research and field research.First of all,This paper systematically sorts out the theory of microcirculation traffic and microcirculation-bus,and compares it with conventional bus.Secondly,this paper conducts field research on micro-circulation buses in Beijing,Chengdu and Xi'an,and uses DEA model to analyze and evaluate the efficiency of microcirculation-bus operation in three cities.Thirdly,comprehensively analyzed the contents of the microcirculation-bus' s regional selection,operation dispatch management,vehicle selection and route planning,and found the shortcomings of the Xi'an microcirculation-bus operation mode: the definition of microcirculation bus is not clear,the route planning is unreasonable,the operation efficiency is low,the scheduling technology is not perfect,etc.Then,using relevant theories and learning from the typical urban microcirculation bus operation management mode at home and abroad,from the perspective of microcirculation-bus operation mode put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the problems existing therein: government-level policy support;defining the differential positioning of micro-circulation buses;planning scientific route and refining the micro-circulation bus service function.From the above four aspects to provide relevant suggestions for the development of Xi'an micro-circulation bus.Finally,this paper also combines the opinions of Xi'an Transportation Bureau and the bus company to initially plan a micro-circulation bus line in the textile city area.And this paper makes a prospect for the microcirculation bus operation mode.
