The permeable asphalt pavement is widely used in road engineering due to its good water permeability,venting and anti-sliding functions.However,there are serious problems such as insufficient strength and poor high temperature stability of the permeable asphalt pavement.In actual engineering,many diseases occur,a large part of which depends on the choice of asphalt binder.However,ordinary modified asphalt has limited improvement in the performance of permeable asphalt mixture.Aiming at the above problems,this paper studies the effects of main components such as curing agent,thinner and epoxy system on the performance of epoxy asphalt by using tensile strength,fracture toughness and material viscosity as the basic indicators,and determines the preparation process of epoxy asphalt.A high temperature curing agent system was used to prepare an epoxy asphalt binder,and the optimum ratio of each component was determined.The basic properties of epoxy asphalt are evaluated.The prepared epoxy asphalt has good mechanical properties and high temperature performance,which can meet the construction requirements.The adhesion properties of epoxy asphalt and aggregate were studied by adhesion test and drawing test.The results show that epoxy asphalt and aggregate have good bonding performance and can improve the anti-loose property of permeable mixture.From the microstructure of epoxy asphalt under fluorescence microscope,it can be seen that the phase transition begins when the epoxy system content exceeds 40%;the curing behavior of epoxy asphalt is analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),using Kissenger model calculates the activation energy of curing reaction,and simulates the curing behavior of epoxy asphalt by n-order model and autocatalytic model respectively.The experimental results show that the autocatalytic model has better agreement with the experimental data than the n-order model.Establish a curing reaction equation.OGFC-13 was selected as the permeable epoxy asphalt mixture grading,the target void ratio was 20%,and the linear correlation between the void ratio and the key mesh passage rate was utilized.The optimum gradation of the mixture was obtained through adjustment,and the leak was utilized.The best oil-stone ratio of the mixture was determined by the scattering test;combined with TPS high-viscosity asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,the high-temperature performance,water stability performance and low-temperature performance of the permeable epoxy asphalt mixture were analyzed in laboratory tests,showing good road characteristics.Especially the high temperature anti-rutting performance,the dynamic stability of 60 °C exceeds 13000 times / mm;the anti-sliding performance and drainage performance of the permeable epoxy asphalt mixture are tested,indicating that it has good anti-sliding and drainage performance;The Marshall test results show that the permeable epoxy asphalt mixture has outstanding resistance to diesel corrosion.The test shows that the epoxy asphalt binder prepared in this study is superior to the ordinary modified asphalt in strength,high temperature performance and durability,and is applied to the large pore pavement,which can significantly improve the high temperature stability and durability of the permeable pavement.It has certain practical significance for the development of permeable pavement in China. |
