| In recent years,the rut of highway asphalt pavement in Zhejiang Province has become one of the typical diseases of asphalt pavement.According to the survey and statistics of the “Zhejiang Expressway Asphalt Pavement Survey and Research” project,the rut has become the operating asphalt pavement of Zhejiang Province.One of the main diseases,each highway has almost all degrees of rut damage on the roadway,especially on the expressway in the mountainous uphill section.The rut caused severe deformation of the road surface,which seriously affected the road traffic safety and operational quality.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the application technology of anti-rut asphalt pavement in the long-slope section of the highway in Zhejiang Province,which is necessary to solve or effectively control the rutting problem of the long-slope section of the mountain highway.On the basis of fully utilizing domestic and foreign applied research results and experience,combined with the climatic characteristics of Zhejiang Province and the traffic characteristics of the long-slope section of mountainous highways,through field investigation and theoretical analysis,the formation of ruts in Changpo section was studied.Asphalt concrete mix design for uphill sections,including raw material selection,selection of externally mixed materials,selection of asphalt binders with different properties,selection of different asphalt mixture types and mix design methods,and optimization of pavement structure;Optimized design scheme;proposed construction quality control technology and quality inspection technology for long asphalt asphalt pavement.Through the construction of the physical engineering test road,the construction control technology was refined.As well as the high temperature conditions in Zhejiang,the recommended rutting test is 65℃.Through the system research on the key technology of anti-rutting of asphalt pavement on the uphill section of the road,it will serve the maintenance of highway construction in Zhejiang Province. |
